By using dijo.si, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the platform.

• WhatsApp-based guest messaging and RSVP automation
• Event organization and guest list management
• Dietary and attendance preference collection

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful wedding-related communications

You must not use the platform to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform
• Add contacts who have not consented to receive event-related messages

WhatsApp Integration and Compliance

Our service connects with WhatsApp to automate wedding guest communications. By using this integration, you agree to:

• Comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy
• Only message guests who have provided consent
• Offer an easy opt-out for guests who no longer wish to receive messages

dijo.si is not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms.

Data and Privacy

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data responsibly and delete it 30 days after the event unless required otherwise by law.

Intellectual Property

All platform content and software are owned by dijo.si and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dijo.si is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access.

Modifications and Termination

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
